Customer Loyalty Program

1. Overview:

The Membership Reward System rewards customers with points for every dollar spent. Points can be accumulated and redeemed for discounts on future purchases, providing exclusive benefits and enhancing the customer experience.

2. Points Earning and Redemption:

Earning Points:

Earn 1 point per Australian dollar spent on eligible in-store purchases.
New Member Bonus: New members receive a $10 voucher upon joining the rewards program. This voucher can be used for your next purchase over $40 and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Refer a Friend: Earn a $10 coupon when your friend joins using your referral. Your friend will also receive the New Member Bonus upon signing up.

Redeeming Points:

100 points can be redeemed for a $10 discount on purchases over $40.
Only 100 points can be used per transaction.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts.

3. Rules and Conditions:

Points Accumulation:

Points are calculated based on the net amount paid after discounts.
Points are credited immediately after the transaction and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Voucher Expiry:

Redeemed vouchers expire 90 days from issuance unless otherwise stated.

Returns and Exchanges:

Points used for purchases are not refunded if the item is returned. Only the monetary value paid will be refunded.
For exchanges, the value of points will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Membership Eligibility:

Membership is open to individuals 12 years and older. Parental consent is required for those under 18.
Members must provide accurate personal information when registering.

5. Account Management:

Members are responsible for updating their account details and managing their points.
Disputes regarding points must be reported to customer service within 30 days.

6. Program Changes and Termination:

The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members.
Accounts may be terminated due to inactivity, fraud, or abuse, with forfeiture of all accumulated points.

7. Privacy and Data Use:

By joining, members consent to the use of their personal information in line with the company’s Privacy Policy.

8. Liability Disclaimer:

Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. The company is not responsible for errors in points accumulation or redemption.
